LoXgamers : Refreshed

As you may know, I run an Xbox Live gaming community & team - LoXgamers - for people within the UK over the age of 21, which launched in December 2003, and is still running strong now.

Well, over the last week or so, I've been :

• revitalising the website look and feel
• adding a new blogsite to the homepage
• creating Twitter & Facebook groups for LoXgamers
• creating an Xbox Live gamertag
• planning activities to rekindle our 'Game Well, Game Together, Fun First' spirit

MGC Tiled Again

Recently I had blogged about Xbox Friends Watch : XBF Gamercard : in reference to the Xbox Live Gamercard service they offer (link at the end of this article).

Well, the XBF service is based on the Microsoft SilverLight technology, which is relatively new, and ever-developing. As the SilverLight technology has been recently updated, I've noticed this has caused problems with the display of my XBF Gamercard... i.e. no image is available to view!

So, before I post a second piece of feedback to the XBF team, I replace my XBF Gamercard with the service from MyGamerCard.net - which I'm a little unhappy to do, as the XBF Gamercard was a lot more slick!
